成人游泳--四式改良班
地點: 九龍公園游泳池 康樂及文化事務署(康文署)游泳池舉行泳班內容:部份人士希望能在標準池游50米,或已經能游50米,但姿勢不正確,游得很吃力或很慢,希望改善姿勢及游得更好、更快,都適合參加深水班。不論有沒有參與本會的成人游泳班,若想鞏固基礎或加強練習,或想學習踩水,都可以參加深水班。
目標:改善游泳姿勢
學習踩水
在標準池(深水池)游完50米或以上
已懂一種泳式,希望學習其他泳式
對象:17歲或以上、自由式及蛙式能游約 25 米
**初學人士、或希望在淺水區學習,可參加成人游泳班。
